Sales representative in the IT industry

Bitstream S.A. has been designing and manufacturing advanced ICT devices (including Quazar time servers and Hyperion industrial Ethernet switches) for the industrial, energy and telecommunications sectors for over 18 years.

• Energy transmission and distribution system operators (TSOs, DSOs),

• Integration and implementation companies,

• Telecommunications operators and the industrial automation sector.

IT sales specialist

Location: LUBLIN + business trips

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Independently and actively acquiring new customers in Poland and Europe.
  • Offering technical solutions from the Bitstream portfolio (including time servers and Ethernet switches) tailored to the needs of customers in the critical infrastructure sector.
  • Conducting meetings and sales presentations – both in the office and at the customer's premises.
  • Building long-term relationships with customers, including technical staff and designers who influence tender specifications.
  • Setting prices, terms of cooperation and delivery.
  • Cooperation with integrators and business partners.
  • Willingness to participate in trade fairs, conferences and industry events.

Our requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (industrial technologies, IT, energy, automation welcome).
  • Experience in sales projects worth over PLN 0.5 million.
  • Ability to conduct consultative sales – from contact with the designer to after-sales service.
  • Knowledge of the tender process (also as a subcontractor) and ability to influence tender specifications.
  • Creativity and independence in dealing with customers.
  • Ability to maintain long-term relationships that result in repeat orders.
  • Independence, good work organisation and proactivity in seeking contacts.
  • Valid driving licence category B.
  • Knowledge of English at a level sufficient for business communication (Spanish would be an advantage).
