BITSTREAM S.A. has been manufacturing, among other things, Ethernet switches (Hyperion) and time servers (Quazar) for industry for 18 years. We export mainly to Finland, Australia and South American countries. We develop devices from start to finish, from the design of electronics (hardware/software) and mechanics, through assembly on the production line and testing. 

Electronics engineer

Place of work: Lublin

Responsibilities

  • Designing diagrams and multilayer printed circuit boards (high speed)
  • Creating PCB assembly documentation for the Production Department
  • Commissioning electronic device prototypes
  • Performing tests on designed devices
  • Performing EMC tests on devices
  • Conducting climatic tests on devices
  • Creating reports on device tests and trials
  • Optimisation of existing solutions and recommendation of possible improvements
  • Cooperation with Production, Service, Sales and Customer Support Departments

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of digital electronics
  • Experience in the design of digital embedded systems, high-speed circuits, and multi-voltage power supply circuits
  • Knowledge of communication standards such as SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet
  • Experience in designing for EMC emission and immunity requirements
  • Technical university degree: electronics, electrical engineering
  • Knowledge of measuring equipment such as oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyser
  • English language skills at least B2 level, enabling fluent reading and writing of technical documentation
  • Ability to work independently
