The company BitStream sp. Z oo implemented, among others delivery of industrial switches from the Hyperion-105 family for the project “Extension and reconstruction of the sewage treatment plant in Pińczów”. BitStream switches support Ethernet RIng Protection Switching technology compliant with the ITU-T G.8032 standard, which enables operation with industrial road redundancy with reconfiguration time less than 20ms with support for up to 64 rings simultaneously. In addition, the device implements STP / RSTP / MSTP protocols, which made it possible to build safe protection architectures for connections to the server room through direct connections as well as ring systems.
